To View your sites tickets go to support.twynhamlearning.com
Click Check Ticket Status
next to Are you a customer? Click login here
if you are off site you will be show the following login screen. enter in your email address and password
when you are logged in you will be shown the following window
to change view for your whole site click the arrow to the right of Tickets created and select everyone in location name
when you select your site you will then see all open or pending tickets
if you would like to see resolved/closed tickets click on the arrow to the right of Open or Pending
