This article will show you how to open a Shared Mailbox
In the Outlook web app, please select the icon of the 'person' in the top right hand corner of your screen
Next select 'Open another mailbox'
In the above box, simply enter the email address that you want to look at and click 'Open'
The Shared Mailbox will open in a new window
If you use Outlook, the Shared Mailbox will appear in the left hand side below your own inbox as shown below
